Choosing the right penis enlargement treatment

The first thing you need to decide when considering a penis enlargement treatment is whether to go for the surgical option or the non-surgical treatment.

Penis Enlargement Surgery

Penis enlargement surgery can increase both the length and girth of the penis - or you can choose to have one of the two. Irrespective, the surgical option means having a treatment in an operating theatre under general anaesthesia.

Penis lengthening involves a technique called suspensory ligament division and can lead to a 1-2in (2-5cm) increase in flaccid length and 0.5-1in(1-2cm) increase in erect length.

Surgical girth enhancement is achieved through autologous fat injection; which means that fat cells are harvested through liposuction from your abdomen and thigh areas and then injected under your penis skin and throughout the penis shaft so as to increase the girth (circumference) of the penis. The typical result achieved with autologous fat injection is around 20-40% girth increase.

  • Day-case surgical treatment performed under general anaesthesia - requires 6-7h hospital stay

  • Increase in both length and girth

  • Permanent results for 90% of patients

  • Requires 2-3 days off work

  • 4-5 weeks abstinence from sexual activities

  • Patients need to be in general good health (so that there are no anaesthesia issues) and have enough fat for the treatment

  • Minimally invasive surgery with low complication rate but a surgical treatment nonetheless

  • From £5900 all inclusive

Non-surgical Penis Enlargement - Penis Fillers

For men who are not good candidates or are unwilling to have a surgery, there is the option of a penis filler. The penis filler treatment is exactly the same as having the autologous fat injection surgery, but instead of using the patient’s own fat, another material called Hyaluronic Gel is injected under the penis skin so as to increase the size.

The major advantage of the filler is that it can be performed under local anaesthesia in a treatment room. This means that the whole process lasts only 1h, it does not require any downtime and you can return to your normal daily activities immediately after the treatment. For this reason it is also significantly cheaper (starting at £1990) and very safe.

On the other hand, a filler injection increases mainly the girth of the penis (30-50% depending on the amount of filler used) and it will slowly get re-absorbed and would need to be repeated every 12-18 months.

  • Treatment performed under local anaesthesia - walk in and walk out within in 1h

  • Excellent results but in order to maintain girth increase, treatment needs to be repeated every 12-18 months (repeat patients get at 30% discount)

  • No time off work

  • 1-2 weeks abstinence from sexual activities

  • Extremely safe and reversible treatment

  • From £1990
